About Baby Beach, Sprecklesville Area

Baby Beach is a shallow, protected cove with exceptionally calm, clear waters that make it ideal for families, keiki (children), and beginner swimmers seeking a safe swimming experience on Maui's North Shore. The white sand beach is backed by ironwood trees and offers gentle sloping entry, minimal waves, and stunning views of the West Maui mountains across the channel. The laid-back, local vibe attracts residents rather than tour groups, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for morning swims and picnics away from the island's busier tourist beaches.

This is an excellent beach if you want a calm water experience. There are really no waves and the sand is firm and easily slopes into the water. There were many small turtles hanging out there too. Great for young kids and older people.

Probably my favorite beach on maui, to just relax, and swim. And nice place to bring your dog. Tho parking can be challenging if you dont get there early. There is a little parking lot down and around the corner, but that also fills up quickly for those also going to sugar cove

Beautiful scenery and there are turtles! Unforgettable time for kids but in the afternoon parking is non-existent. The wind whips the sand around pretty good and the reef does very little to stop bigger waves during high tide so be careful!

It's like an outdoor Olympic swimming pool in Paradise!! Reefs shelter this this body of water; perfect for children, beginners, intermediate and seasoned veterans, which makes for a good workout and/or to splash around with family and Loved Ones. At the top of the hill, there is a pull up bar and dip bar.Perfect slope for speed drills. Yall can stroll all the way down the beach to Paia Community Center; where there's a skate park, basketball court and a radio station. Friday's they have a drum circle with fire dancing...

My wife’s favorite new beach in Maui! Saw lots of turtles surfing and had a great swim 100 feet away at Baldwin Beach. Warning, don’t wear white Crocs on Baby Beach, they are all stained red from the sand!
