Nice little parking lot great spot with a bench at the top of the stairs to sit relax picnic enjoy the beach without getting in the sand and if you want to go down the steps to the beach it's a wide open beautiful beach with decent fishing plenty of room to relax and explore the Nantucket Shore.
Gorgeous waves, sandy and great place to watch sun setting
Fantastic beach. Beautiful, fun waves. Very breezy. Water was a perfect temperature. Came here between August 11-12, with my family (first time for me) and was absolutely blown away. Very different from Florida beaches, where I am from. Just absolutely grateful I was included in this venture here and appreciated everything about this island. Lots of parking and bike racks along the roadway. Short walk to the beach from the road. Loved it.
Water was perfect, but then again it was 80F when I was there. The beach wasn't crowded like surfside which is next to it. The parking lot is small compared to some of the other beaches of the island.
Waves were too big for fly rod, but other guys were catching stripers.!
