Beautiful beach, not too crowded in the mornings. You can hike up a big hill to see the beach on the other side at the same time or you can just walk around the hill on the beach, crossing some rocks if you don't want to climb the hill.
Gorgeous beach! Not a really big one, but good for a morning or sunset stroll, and checking out the sea life clinging to the rocks. We saw by far and away the most starfish and anemone of any coastal spot on our mutli-day southern Oregon coast trip. Didn't seem to be too crowded either, not sure if this is a super popular beach or not, but it was much nicer than Harris Beach down the road. There's also a high viewpoint from the bluffs above, which has its own parking, or you can hike up from the beach. Highly recommended, esp if you have kids and they want to get up close to tide pool creatures.
GORGEOUS beach. Doesn’t seem to be as popular so there weren’t many people there which was very. Gorgeous rock formations and BEAUTIFUL waves. Highly recommend, it’s a lovely little walk!
I found this beach by accident and it has become my favorite beach on the west coast. There is easy parking, lots of warm soft sand, interesting rock formations, and hiking in the surrounding area. Around sunset it's otherworldly
Probably my favorite beach in the Brookings area. Easy access from parking lot. Beautiful and scenic with awesome rock formations…. I regret that I didn’t check out the tide pools but it gives me something to look forward to on next visit….
