A fabulous beach. No one was swimming the day I visited, but the very fine sand makes for a firm walking surface. Many automobiles—even those lacking 4WD—drive on the firm sand. The waves were choppy yet mesmerizing, and the day very windy, but those present were obviously enjoying themselves.
It was a great experience... I went around August it was very windy and chilly.. but we don't mind we love it there very easy to get it I totally recommend going very peaceful and calming
Out of the way, but delightful when you get there. Beautiful beach to walk along and see local wildlife!
Beautiful day today for visiting the beach. In town from Arizona and had to get our ocean fix. Just beautiful 😍
Fun beach like the rest. You’re able to drive on this one and you can drive for many and many miles. Very flat and lots and lots of beach line here which makes it great for endless walks. North will eventually bring you to a forest line after a while. If you go south there’s a really nice Bay Area with a cool park on the other side of town. You can see the other city’s across the bay and the some big rocks that go out on the water kinda far. I’ve seen deer and elk in this area! The town is pretty cool and has many attractions and eats. Pretty cool hotels and some you can get at pretty good rates!
