I stayed in an Airbnb condo 20703. The room was very dirty and while they say it has been updated they just painted walls and put down a new floor in the main room. We cleaned ourselves the next day. The hotel was really kind of gross. The sea Mist has a lot of buildings around a few blocks so a lot of pools and such were available but the halls were always dirty and smelled, as we're the elevators. With all of that said the view was amazing and we made do. No hair dryer. No iron. Didn't want to touch the safe. No toaster. Stove and fridge looked 30 years old. Limited dishes.
Stay Away Pros: nice location and beach view Cons: mold, towels had holes and they don’t provide fresh towels even upon request, have to buy own toilet paper. Doors would not close properly. Hardly any parking. No access to facilities pool, only for VIP. Can’t use facilities laundry. Can’t use facilities cinema, only VIP. Huge facility and only one elevator working.
I booked through Airbnb, a room that is owned by individuals who rent out the room. It was very nice to stay in. The hotel obviously hasn’t updated much for a long time & there were a few bugs around. This by no means was the managers’ fault, but the hotel itself was very outdated and cold feeling. Overall, I had a nice stay in my room.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, and close to everything. It still needs some maintenance and changes.
This place was so inconvenient from check in. Limited parking. Rooms come straight out to parking garage and connect to the public pools on the other side. We had car alarms going off through the night, kids playing in the pool till midnight, right outside our door. Gross floors, ancient kitchen set up, un cleaned rooms, mattresses were old and worn. They only gave us three towels and never came by room for housekeeping. No trash can in room.
