The "Secret": Despite the name "Secret Cove," it is definitely not secret to the public anymore. Expect to see other visitors (and often wedding photographers) there. The Experience: Even with the popularity, it is a fantastic spot. It feels like a safe area for families to enjoy the beach. The scenery is breathtaking, offering a really nice view of the lava rocks contrasting with the golden sand. The Highlight: We stayed for the evening and thoroughly enjoyed the sunset. It is one of the most photogenic spots on the island for golden hour. Verdict: It might not be hidden, but the beauty is undeniable. A perfect stop for a sunset view.
A tiny bit beautiful little beach. Peaceful and beautiful water on a sunny day. The birds singing was also a wonderful touch. Lots of elopements here as it's an ethereal place!
Wow, what a little gem of a beach. Very small beach but perfect to my little girl to play in. The rocks provide a beautiful scenic backdrop that can be explored. A young man was brave to jump multiple times from the rocks and into the pool of water flowing into the break. A great day to spend a Thursday. Parking was free along the side of the road. Located in between homes with lava Rock walls.
Rocky/Sandy Beach cove with amazing coral reefs and big waves
Awesome spot for a beach day or to enjoy the views among the lava rocks. Plenty of shade, sun, and a fun wave area to swim in. Really enjoyed our time here!
